Hi, I'm Chef Sherry!
Baking and cooking professionally for more than 30 years, I am here to share my recipes and knowledge with you. A graduate of the NMC - Great Lakes Culinary School and a Certified Culinarian of the ACF - American Culinary Federation. I love making homemade recipes with fresh ingredients that come from our local woods, rivers, lakes, garden or a local farm stand/market.  
I've made everything from homemade breakfast sandwiches to griddle cupcakes and am here to share my expertise of what works and what to skip out on.  Learn how to deep fry on the flat top griddle to make the best apple fritters that you have ever had!!

The truth is griddle cooking IS different.

And I want you to know that this isn't a slapped together hodge podge of poorly written recipes from a non-griddler.  I live in Michigan and love outdoor cooking. Most of my time is spent creating great family friendly recipes that can be made on the Blackstone Griddle!
